Cookie & Analytics Preferences
Analytics is off unless you actively allow it. Refusing does not limit access to the website, and you can change your choice at any time.
Your choice
We use only storage needed to operate the website until you make a choice. If you allow analytics, the Umami script is then loaded from our dedicated analytics service. No analytics request is made before consent.
Your current consent status
Storage categories
We do not use advertising or marketing trackers. Preference storage created by an action you request, such as choosing dark mode, is treated as essential functionality.
- Strictly necessary storage supports secure sessions, CSRF protection, contact forms, requested language and theme choices, and the record of your consent. It cannot be switched off through this panel.
- Optional analytics measures page views, referrers, device and browser categories, approximate country, and named CTA or successful-enquiry events. It does not receive the contents of contact forms.
- If separately enabled, Umami records a sample of clicks, pointer movement, scrolling, navigation and page changes to produce replays and heatmaps. All inputs are masked, and the entire contact-form area is blocked from recording.
Analytics details
Controller and contact
ObsidianCorps, 1 Rue Pasteur, L-4642 Differdange, Luxembourg, controls this processing. Privacy questions can be sent to info@obsidiancorps.com.
Purpose and legal basis
Analytics helps us understand which pages are useful, how visitors reach the site, and whether calls to action work. The legal basis is your consent under GDPR Article 6(1)(a). We keep a minimal consent receipt to demonstrate your choice under Article 7(1). Refusal does not affect access or service.
Data processed
Umami receives page path and title, referrer, browser, operating system, device type, screen size, language, approximate country, and named conversion events. Search terms, URL fragments, form contents, names and email addresses are excluded. Umami uses the request IP temporarily to derive location and a rotating pseudonymous session hash; the raw IP is not stored in the analytics database. We do not use Umami Distinct IDs.
What replay and heatmaps capture
Only after separate consent, Umami recorder.js may capture pointer movement, clicks, scrolling, navigation, viewport dimensions and masked page changes for a 15% sample, for up to five minutes. Input values are masked. The contact form is blocked entirely. This purpose is UX diagnosis and never advertising or automated decision-making.
Recipients and destination
The browser sends analytics only to our self-hosted service at analytics.obsidiancorps.com. Access is limited to authorised ObsidianCorps personnel and infrastructure providers acting on our instructions. This integration sends no analytics data to Google, advertising networks, or data brokers.
Retention
Umami analytics and heatmap records are retained for up to 13 months; session replays are retained for 30 days. Your browser choice is valid for no more than 12 months. Minimal consent receipts — random ID, choices, policy version, language and time — are retained for 36 months for accountability; they contain no IP address or user agent.
Your rights
You can withdraw consent here as easily as you granted it. You may also request access, erasure, restriction or portability where applicable, and lodge a complaint with Luxembourg’s data-protection authority: CNPD.

Questions & answers
These controls apply only to this website in this browser.
Can I withdraw consent later?
Yes. Turn analytics off above and save. Umami is disabled immediately. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
How can I remove local storage?
Use your browser settings to remove this site’s cookies and local storage. Removing the consent record makes the banner appear again. Blocking the essential session cookie can affect forms, security and language selection.
